Processing Times

Original artwork is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment. Please allow approximately 3-7 business days for original artwork to be prepared for shipping unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Studio prints produced directly by Amelia Lynn Art may require additional production time before shipment.

Archival prints fulfilled by a professional fine art printing partner are subject to that partner's current production and fulfillment times.

If an order contains multiple types of products, they may arrive in separate shipments.

Original Artwork

Every original artwork includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

Original paintings are individually packaged with protective materials appropriate for their size, surface, and medium. Because many Amelia Lynn Art paintings feature dimensional texture, ink, impasto, and other delicate surface treatments, additional care is taken to protect the artwork during transit.

Tracking information will be provided once your artwork ships.

4x4 Collector Originals

4x4 Collector Originals are one-of-a-kind artworks that will never be reproduced as prints.

These works receive the same careful packaging and signed Certificate of Authenticity as all Amelia Lynn Art originals while remaining permanently exclusive to their collector.

Studio Prints

Studio prints are produced directly by Amelia Lynn Art and carefully packaged to protect them during transit.

Because these prints are produced in-studio, slight variations may occur between prints. These small differences are part of the nature of independently produced artwork and are not considered defects.

Archival Prints

Archival prints are professionally produced and may be shipped directly by a fine art printing partner.

Because of this, packaging, production time, shipping carrier, and tracking may differ from orders shipped directly from the Amelia Lynn Art studio.

If your order contains both an archival print and an item shipped directly from Amelia Lynn Art, your order may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping Costs

Available shipping options and applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout unless shipping is specifically stated as included in the product price.

Any free or included shipping offer applies only to the destinations specified with that offer.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis.

Please contact Amelia Lynn Art if you are interested in purchasing an original artwork for delivery outside of the United States so that shipping options and costs can be determined before purchase.

International shipments may be subject to customs processing, import taxes, duties, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier.

Unless otherwise stated or agreed upon before purchase, any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs processing and international carrier delays are outside of Amelia Lynn Art's control.

Address Accuracy

Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order.

Amelia Lynn Art is not responsible for delays, additional shipping expenses, or lost packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit and delivery are handled by the carrier.

If your package is significantly delayed, appears to be lost, or tracking has stopped updating, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number for the most current information and to begin an investigation when necessary.

Damaged Packages

Every order is carefully packaged to help protect the artwork during transit. However, damage can occasionally occur while a package is in the carrier's possession.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the unopened package before opening it whenever possible.

Please keep:

• The artwork or print
• The original shipping box or mailer
• All internal packaging materials
• Your tracking information

Please take clear photographs of the exterior packaging, interior packaging, shipping label, and any damage to the artwork.

Contact the shipping carrier directly as soon as possible to report the damage and follow their instructions regarding a claim or inspection. Please do not discard the packaging while the issue is being reviewed.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around the delivery location, with members of your household, neighbors when appropriate, and any building management or mailroom that may have accepted the package.

If the package still cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to report the missing delivery and determine the appropriate next steps.

Shipping Delays

Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates unless the selected shipping service specifically guarantees a delivery date.

Weather, holidays, customs processing, carrier disruptions, high shipping volumes, and other circumstances outside of Amelia Lynn Art's control may affect delivery times.
